| 9.30am - 10.45am Energizer A fun and interactive session including team building games and warm up exercises. |
| 11.00am - 12.15pm Outdoor A mixture of exciting outdoor pursuits including capture the flag, orienteering and shelter building within Charlton park. |
| 1.00pm - 2.45pm Depot Time Including use of games consoles, pool table and a selection of indoor and outdoor sports. |
| 2.45pm - 4.00pm Team Games A selection of team games including dodgeball, bench ball and rocket ball. |
